Web Site Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Terms

Accessing this web site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the web site’s Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, and your agreement that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The content of this, and every web site owned by Huntley Consultants, Inc (HCI), is protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Limitations

In no event shall HCI or its suppliers be liable for damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the information on or offered by any HCI owned website even if HCI or an authorized agent has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

3. Internet Risk

HCI is not and will not be responsible for your system’s safety, nor will it warrant that your interaction with any websites owned by HCI will be risk free. By the nature of the Internet, there are an unknowable number of intermediate stations between your display and the HCI owned material that you interact with. Those stations exist whether you are viewing, surfing, or downloading. Accordingly, you assume full responsibility for insuring the integrity of your internet experience by employing appropriate security procedures and data protection protocols.

4. Restrictions

You may use HCI owned sites only for the individual site’s express purpose. You may not use HCI owned site (or sites) for unauthorized purpose. You may not use HCI content, logos, tag lines, banners, and other material on your or third party websites for any purpose including, but not limited to, brand awareness and marketing in such a manner as to imply that the usage is authorized unless you have express, documented permission from HCI.

5. Proprietary Content

The content of all HCI owned websites is the proprietary content of HCI or of the company that provided it to HCI. HCI and the source company retain all title, rights, and interests in that content. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or in any other manner transmit the protected content to any third party or parties unless you have explicit documented permission to do so from HCI or the source company. You may make one copy for your personal use provided that you do not in any way remove or alter any proprietary content.

6. Revisions and Errata

The information appearing on any and all of HCI's websites could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. HCI does not warrant that any of the information is accurate, complete, or current. HCI may make changes to its web sites at any time without notice. HCI does not, however, make any commitment to update the websites.

HCI may revise these terms of use for any of its websites at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

9. Intellectual Rights

Violation of any of the several Terms of Service constitutes an infringement of HCI’s intellectual rights. No right, either singly or severally, transfers by the mere access to this or any website owned by HCI.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to HCI’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
